Tanner is a 17-year-old entrepreneur with a passion for cooking and entertaining! He’s written two business plans in the last two years and been published in two national magazines for his culinary accomplishments. The first business plan Tanner wrote was on a catering company, which allowed him to cater for the governor of Nebraska, The University of Nebraska, and many other companies and clients.
After speaking at the National Restaurant Industry Conference in April 2011, Tanner is considered one of the top three Generation Y workers in the industry. Currently he is hosting a radio show called Fatplate with a goal to make a difference in how people eat, shaping the future one plate at a time.
