As a result of a sublime night in a New York City bar, Stuart traversed the Pond from his native London, England, and settled with his wife in America. After a stint as a journalist in Colorado, Stuart joined the Omaha-based brand consultancy, dd|a, where he develops the firm’s business relationships and strategy, as well as advising clients on their brands.

Stuart believes that when people get together and talk, ideas flow. Exchanging thoughts, opinions and experiences provides the ingredients for innovation. Formerly a commercial real estate lawyer, honing his business skills over several years while working at major international legal practices, Stuart also has earned a Master’s diploma in Organizational Learning and Development and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in the United Kingdom.

A class 28 graduate of the Leadership Omaha program and recipient of the Midlands Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 honor, Stuart is a Big Brother through Big Brothers Big Sisters and serves as the current president of the Omaha Public Library System Board of Trustees.
